1/2 Way to a Year!

Josephine's 1/2 birthday was yesterday, and to celebrate we took her to the doctor for shots. No, not really. But we did take her in today for her 6 month well-baby visit (and there were shots, poor baby), and learned that she's up to 14 lb14 oz, and 27 1/2 inches. She's growing!

She's not just growing, she's starting to move, too. Not crawling yet, but closer every day. She's definitely not happy sitting in one place...



We also discovered this week that she is still sensitive to soy. I decided to test it out by indulging in a soy latte on Sunday, and by Monday evening we were all paying a dear price. Oh well. Now we know, and there won't be any more soy trials until after she's a year old. I don't want to put her through any more of that.

Finally, on the topic of food, well who doesn't love prunes?
